This system is for purchase of merchandise and registrations for the annual Curve Cowboy Reunion. Merchandise is for sale to registered Reunion attendees only! All merchandise sold is for pickup at the annual Reunion only.

Very important!

This is a new system for 2009 and does not share the user database with prior years or with the BMWLT.com community. You will need to register a new username and create a user profile for each attendee. This extra step is needed so that name badges, extra event admissions and merchandise are all linked to an individual attendee. Please be careful when filling out your profile as this data will be used for creating our name badges and any other personalized items. We hope to keep this user database and shopping system for future Reunions. After you purchase your first registration, be sure to 'log out' before attempting to register another person from the same computer.

Our annual Reunion is always limited to the space available at the host hotel and is occasionally sold to capacity well before the event. Because the planning for meals and entertainment requires an early commitment on the part of the organization, all registration and merchandise sales are final - we cannot offer refunds. The registrations are fully transferable and you may sell or assign your registrations to another attendee. Please contact the reunion organizers at questions@curvecowboyreunion.com if you have have transferred your registration to another attendee or if you have any questions or comments.
